Benson can reason across people, preferences, schedules, locations, budgets, and group dynamics, then keep the decision moving until the group reaches an answer. What has historically required one person to search, coordinate, negotiate, remind, and decide can increasingly be handled by one intelligent system.

A product with built in distribution

Every plan naturally brings other people into the product. One person starts with Benson, invites a group, the group participates, and any participant can become the organizer of the next plan. That creates a simple growth loop built around the behavior the product already exists to support.

Planning is the wedge

The larger opportunity begins when coordination turns into real world activity. Restaurants, entertainment, activities, tickets, travel, and local experiences all sit on the other side of a decision. InstaEvent can participate in that value through host services, premium planning tools, bookings, referrals, and partnerships as more plans move through the platform.

Steve Miller is the founder of InstaEvent Inc., the company behind the group-planning platform Hey Benson®. A technology entrepreneur and product builder with more than 30 years of experience, he has built web, ecommerce, hosting, cloud, software, and AI-powered platforms. Today, he focuses on applied AI systems that understand intent, automate complex workflows, and turn ideas into practical action.

Investment

Initially funded by family and friends, InstaEvent is now seeking seed investors who share our vision: to build the intelligence layer between human intent and the trillions of dollars people spend on real-world experiences.
